Battery life is goood.. looks like easy 5 hours on my use.

Eee 901 has the best battery life compared to other netbooks as others like Acer, MSI and Medion are shipping now with smaller 3 cell batteries...

I still like the looks of Eee PC 900 more...

Testing and hacking has now started so more soon..

Hmmm... no connector on the 3G modem slot... so no DIY upgrades..

512mb RAM soldered to mainboard... 512mb on the slot under the mainboard.. no easy upgrade..

SSD looks to use normal ZIF connector..

Without any notice from Asus, they have yet another model:

Eee PC 900 with 16GB flash SSD (Genuine Microsoft Windows & GNU Linux OS Version)

And it's already at some online shops for $399

I hope the 16GB module is faster than on current ones...

UPDATE: 16BG module is the same used on earlier 900 as 2nd disk... so it is slow..
